•   Min. booking 7 days July and August (Sat to Sat)

•   Min. booking 3 days rest of the year

•   10% discount for booking 2 weeks or more

•   Hot/Cold Aircon with remote control included in price

•   Key and Damage deposit 200 Euro - key pickup at apartment

•   25% booking deposit

•   Balance due earlier of 60 days from booking date or 6 weeks before the start of your holiday

•   No refund on cancellation.

•   No pets, no smoking inside apartment
